STELLA ON FIRE! — is the title the website developer gave me and it stuck! Rather funny to me, but not to those who know my enthusiasm, love of life, and deep respect for the foundations of the United States of America.
STELLA LOHMANN is a blogger, a mother, a student, a teacher, corporate communications consultant, and former broadcast journalist (radio and television), university cheerleader, as well as locations manager for feature films. It makes me tired just to think of it all!
Keeping this blog simple will be the hard part. The world changed forever after 9/11 and yet it has challenged citizens to participate as patriots. One thing is constant–the resilience of the American Spirit. It made it necessary to find an outlet to express those stories in addition to analysis of the world we live in–as it is and even perhaps how it could be.
STELLA ON FIRE! is in response to those who have encouraged me to express my views on so many issues. That’s what happens when you ask a lot of questions and talk to anyone that breathes!
STELLA ON FIRE! is a personal invitation to stop by and join in and to tell others to do the same.
Exodus 13:21
The Lord went ahead of them. He guided them during the day with a pillar of cloud, and he provided light at night with a pillar of fire.
Great meeting you at CPAC Stella! Thanks again for the photos of me with Sarah Palin.

Elena Kagan brilliant? Her statements that, “its the laws that keep us safe” are purely idiotic. Its the VALUES that keep us safe. Laws are there to clean up the mess and they certainly do not deter crimes from being committed unless the most Draconian of punishments are threatened.
Homogenous aboriginal groups have few if any codified laws but their people are no less safe than Americans. In fact they may be more safe.
Heterogenous large populations with laws like the Sharia laws certainly do not keep women safe. When the fourth surra, verse 38 of the Koran instructs husbands to beat disobedient wives, they are not safe.
Kagan’s perspective only emphasizes the fact that she looks at the world with little understanding of reality. Instead she advocates the potentiation of soft core tyranny through more adjudication. She is not brilliant as her view is all too limited.
I covered this faux intelligence in my book, “Stealing Americas Future-The Unintended Consequences of Progressive Liberalism”

Hi!
I greatly enjoyed reading your blogs, and wanted to reach out to you. I am getting ready to launch a new blog/website that is Conservative, anti-Socialism, pro-Israel, and examines current political happenings thru the filter of bible prophecy. (shall we take a guess at who the antichrist might be? lolol). My site is very nicely designed (I have a web design company), and the commentary is smart, spot-on and badly needed.
If you are interested, pls email me back and I will send you the link for it and talk you thru it. Hope to hear from you soon!

20/20 Video on Health Care Reform
Stella, very nice ! Since you mentioned the thought provoking subject I thought I would share this with you and your friends. Being that I am an Insurance Professional I’ve not before made comments in relation to this 20/20 report as it might be seen as self serving, but also being that I am an American Citizen and U S Marine Corps Veteran married to a Scottish Native and being aware first hand of this being “TRUE” it needs to be shared.
Thank You Stella.
